WELCOME
Dr. Trevor was born and raised in the
Seattle area and has set up a dental
practice to serve the Seattle community
he grew up with and is currently
accepting DSHS Medicaid Provider One
patients. Dr. Trevor strives to make
patients proud of their smile so they
can smile like he frequently does.
Through his frequent participation in
continuing education courses, Dr. Trevor
ensures that his patients always receive
the latest, most effective dental
treatments possible.
Currently accepting nearly all
insurances including DSHS, Provider One,
and Medicaid. We can help DSHS patients
get financial assistance or secondary
coverage for procedures not typically
covered by DSHS. |
